- 1. Please count and check your cash before leaving the counter and Sharaf Exchange will not be responsible for any claims later.
- 2. Currency once bought or sold can be returned only with a new transaction at the prevailing market rate.
- 3. Customer registration is mandatory with valid identification documents as specified by the Central Bank of the UAE.
- 4. Transfers/Remittances are considered executed and delivered unless a claim is received within 3 months.
- 5. Refund against Cancellation of Transfers or any other Remittance transaction returned unpaid for whatsoever reason will be refunded to the sender at the prevailing market buying rate or transaction rate whichever is lower, excluding the sending charges, any deductions from the beneficiary bank, cancellation fees and any other expense incurred.
- 6. Sharaf Exchange and its agents are indemnified and held harmless from any claims including but not limited to delays, delivery failures, mistakes and losses resulting from any wrong information in the transaction receipt signed by the customer as well as any other circumstances beyond our control pertaining to any beneficiary bank or regulatory issue.
- 7. The remitted amount may be subjected to additional cost or additional fees that may be imposed by the correspondent bank or financial institution providing the financial services to the beneficiary of remittances.
- 8. Sharaf Exchange will refund the unclaimed funds as per the guidelines of the regulatory authorities.
- 9. In case of any complaints the customer may contact within 14 days from the date of transaction. The company will ensure that the complaints are responded within reasonable time. We shall send the complainant in writing, its final response with detailed reasons within 30 complete business days of receiving a Complaint, or such other time limit as may be prescribed by the Central Bank.
- 10. The relationship with the exchange house will be terminated if the IDs/Licenses are not updated upon expiry.

- 12. Sharaf Exchange will not disclose confidential information about the customer to any third party unless it is required to do so by any applicable law or regulation within and outside the region.
- 13. Sharaf Exchange will notify the customers at least 60 days prior to making any changes to the Fees and Charges.
- 14. The source of funds and the documents provided to be legal and not belonging to any third party or generated through illegal source.
- 15. The purpose of transaction should be declared correctly and should not be indeed for any illegal purpose.
- 16. All mandatory information required for the onboarding and transaction should be declared correctly and if in case of any further information customer should be able to provide a later date.
- 17. To ensure a smooth remittance process, it is recommended that the customer verifies whether the beneficiary bank imposes any backend charges for transferring the funds and provides their consent accordingly.

- 19. All transactions will be governed by the AML/CFT laws, regulations, and standards issued by the Central Bank of UAE, as well as those set by relevant international organizations and bodies. Customers are required to provide all KYC information and documents in accordance with KYC regulations and standards. We ensure the confidentiality of all KYC information and documents submitted by customers.
- 20. By using any of our products or services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to waive the cooling-off period. This waiver applies to all transactions, including remittances in local and foreign currencies, foreign currency exchange (buy/sell), wage payments via WPS, and any value-added services provided by Sharaf Exchange.
- 21. The above-mentioned terms & conditions are applicable for the products/services offered by Sharaf Exchange.
- 22. Sharaf Exchange reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at a later date.

- 24. Remittances, Transfers or Currency Exchange would be subject to following precautions:
