- “Receiver” refers to the person named as the beneficiary of the money transfer.
- “Sender” refers to the person who initiated a money transfer through the Western Union Online Service.
- “Transaction” refers to every money transfer that You initiate through the Western Union Online Service.
- “Western Union”, “We”, “Our” or “Us” refers to Western Union Financial Services Inc. in regard to these Terms and Conditions and in references made to “Negligence or Fraud on Our behalf” also includes Western Union affiliates or agents insofar as these assume operations which otherwise would have to be performed by Western Union Financial Services Inc. in order to provide the Western Union Online Service.
